Poker VT Review

I have been playing poker for well over 10 years and started to get into online poker while I was in college.  I played whenever I could find time whether it would be 10 minutes between classes or hours on end at night.  At this time I was not winning a lot, if any money at all.  It was after college that I really started searching for the best poker training sites and I actually bought lots of books, audio, and poker training dvd’s.  Yes, I spent a lot of money on these “old” types of poker training where there was nothing that was very efficient or effective versus what is available online today.  I really had to study the game on my own and hopefully get the results that I dreamed of.  Then came the training websites.

I signed up for 2 poker training sites, which at the time were a really big help in fine tuning my game and I still recommend them.  Here they are:

Then came Poker VT, which I signed up for immediately only because I follow the site owner (poker professional Daniel Negreanu), on his blog and I believe he is the best poker player on the planet.  After signing up for Poker VT, I realize now that it is the best training site compared to any others that I have tried.

I figured out then what actually made up the best poker training sites.  This is what I learned at Poker VT and what inspired me to create Poker VT Review:

I have a passion for poker and using these poker training sites more as educational tools helped me go from the average amateur to a semi professional poker player.  I say semi-professional because I do have other passions outside of poker and do not rely soley on this game for my income.  But if it were not for Poker VT and all the education I received there, I would not be playing winning poker today (well, maybe I would, but it helped me get there faster and I learned the right ways of doing things from the start).
